Pre Filtered Pure Water Solution

In recent years, we have encountered issues with regard to low water pressure using our reverse osmosis membrane as the temperatures begin to drop. Often to resolve these issues we would run DI water through our membrane for approx. 15 minutes then allow it to soak into the membrane for 24 hours. Often this would result in removing some of the residue in our charcoal and reverse osmosis membranes increasing water pressure significantly.
However, as temperatures begin to approach freezing temperatures the membrane gets so constricted that this process becomes non usable. To deal with situation, we have begun pre filtering our water from our business location into a 200 gallon water tank and pumping using a 12 volt pump resulting in the ability to use pure water technology to just above freezing temperatures with sufficient water pressure to perform satisfactory rinsing.
The next problem we are working on is a way to tie in our 12 volt battery with the charging system of our truck ensuring that we have sufficient charge whenever we pull up on site.
